Des del 2014, Codex Empire ha aconseguit un seguiment internacional amb les seves produccions techno fosques i intenses i actuacions en directe. Mahk Rumbae, el productor britànic i amb seu a Viena darrere de Codex Empire, compta amb més de 30 anys d’experiència en l’elaboració de música electrònica experimental desafiant. Anteriorment part de la banda industrial/experimental Konstruktivists i va participar en diversos projectes en solitari i paralels, Rumbae combina perfectament els seus antecedents en música electrònica fosca amb potents elements rítmics, donant com a resultat una experiència immersiva i ballable tant a l’escenari com als enregistraments. Entre els llançaments destacats s’inclouen EPs ben rebuts a aufnahme + wiedergabe, HORO, Sacred Court i Khemia Records. Preveu dos EP de material nou previst per al seu llançament més tard el 2023.

Since 2014, Codex Empire has garnered an international following with their dark and intense techno productions and live performances. Mahk Rumbae, the British-born, Vienna-based producer behind Codex Empire, boasts over 30 years of experience in crafting challenging experimental electronic music. Previously part of the industrial/experimental band Konstruktivists and engaged in various solo and side-projects, Rumbae seamlessly blends his background in dark electronic music with powerful rhythmic elements, resulting in an immersive and danceable experience both on stage and in recordings.
Notable releases include well-received EPs on aufnahme + wiedergabe, HORO, Sacred Court, and Khemia Records. Anticipate two EPs of fresh material scheduled for release later in 2023.
